I bought this book when I got engaged. It was very nice to read together with my husband during the first few months of our spousal relationship, and I wish we could have kept reading it together... Unfortunately he began working tardily hours and actress hours and now nosotros are separated. Notwithstanding I would recommend this volume. It is inspirational, and the authors share some of their personal experiences as a married couple. I like how each mean solar day includes biblical passages, a life-experience story, and a motivational quo I bought this book when I got engaged. It was very nice to read together with my hubby during the showtime few months of our marriage, and I wish we could have kept reading information technology together... Unfortunately he began working late hours and extra hours and now we are separated. Still I would recommend this volume. It is inspirational, and the authors share some of their personal experiences as a married couple. I like how each 24-hour interval includes biblical passages, a life-feel story, and a motivational quote at the end. The stories brand you think, sometimes even express joy, and the lessons learned can exist practical in your marriage to strengthen it. ...more

I won this book in a first reads giveaway. It is a wonderful resource for Christian couples to aid draw them closer to each other and more clearly contain God into their relationship.

Sometimes it's hard to have spiritual moments together equally a couple when you have work, schoolhouse, children, and even church building responsibilities competing for your time. I love how this book takes such a simple approach to presenting a biblical thought each day for a year that you tin can spend a few minutes enjoying

It could be that my preference of a devotional is a little bit more in depth & that I'chiliad judging harshly. their we're readings that had nothing to practise with the scripture poesy given. Some of the readings seemed forced, I did appreciate their 1st hand knowledge of Council then many couples. A book that the referenced " Jesus Calling" was a book that is very questionable, not really giving fact, only opinions(my wife read this).
